- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next working day.
- During busy periods (sales, Eid, or holiday seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
- Domestic Shipping (Pakistan): Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
- International Shipping: Delivery takes around 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use this tracking number to monitor your delivery status until it arrives.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
- International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.
- Scarves and Stories is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Delays & Responsibility
- We do our best to ensure on-time delivery, but we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, weather, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
