Refund policy

At Scarves and Stories, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of hijabs that have been used or tried on.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the original shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
  • If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items, gift cards, and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds
